🇺🇸📜 Awareness Post: Indians Misusing NIW & EB-1A Visas — Kumar Exclusive ✍️🧠🔥
Disclaimer: The following information is shared for awareness and educational purposes only. It is based on real conversations and experiences. The intention is not to target any nationality or community, but to highlight a growing pattern of visa misuse and fake documentation that harms genuinely qualified professionals and the credibility of U.S. immigration programs.
One of my followers texted me last night. He holds a high position and said he learned from me about the Indian scams in the EB Green Card process. After that, he stopped signing any papers for anyone, especially for our own folks (Indians), he said.
The Indians who approached him have been demanding or requesting his signature — the rest is here, you go:
Conversation Extract (Names Withheld)
Q: What are NIW and EB letters people are asking about? A: NIW/EB applicants want me to write recommendation letters saying they are great and contributing to U.S. innovation, development, etc. But all they’ve done are simple high-school or college-level projects.
Q: Are these recommendation letters genuine? A: Basically, it’s all fake letters they are submitting to USCIS.
Q: How do we tell the media and USCIS that it’s fake? A: It will harm truly deserving candidates. The U.S. must take action.
Q: Why are people asking you to write these letters? A: They said my letter carries weight. I had previously written one, unaware that some applicants were misusing the process — I didn’t know about these fake applicants. When you read it, you’d think the person deserves a Nobel Prize, not a Green Card.
Q: What categories are most affected? A: Every H-1B holder is trying to move into EB-1A, EB-1C, NIW, or O-Visa categories. EB-1B seems almost impossible to scam because it requires real R&D and publications.
OVERVIEW OF EB-1 CATEGORIES
EB-1A: For individuals with extraordinary ability in science, technology, arts, business, or athletics.
EB-1B: For internationally recognized researchers or professors — requires authentic R&D and publications.
EB-1C: For multinational executives or managers — often used by internal company transferees.
According to many experienced professionals, EB-1B is the hardest to misuse due to its research proof, while EB-1C and EB-1A have become vulnerable to manipulation.
NIW (National Interest Waiver): For those whose work significantly benefits the U.S. economy, health, or education. –
O-Visa (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability): Short-term visa for highly skilled professionals in arts, sciences, education, or athletics.
– Based on findings from my independent research (@KumarXclusive), misuse of this CATEGORIES(EB-1A & O-Visa) by H-1B applicants appears to be increasing
Many unqualified applicants exploit loopholes, fabricate credentials, and misuse the system, making it harder for genuinely skilled professionals to get fair opportunities.
Between December 2019 and October 2025, a surge of fraudulent NIW and EB-1A applications has been reported, largely driven by delays and backlogs in traditional EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories.
This ongoing abuse damages trust, creates unfair competition, and harms deserving candidates who follow the rules.
@business approached me earlier to take inputs before publishing their article on EB-1C (Cognizant) scams, and now another top U.S. media outlet 🇺🇸📰 has reached out for my insights on EB-1A visa misuse — Kumar Exclusive ✍️🧠🔥

🚨 THREAD: How Indian Consultancies Took Over U.S. IT — and Changed Entire Towns

A follower from Mechanicsville, PA shared this:
“Deloitte’s onsite development center here has 99% Indian H-1B employees. The quiet, historic towns of Harrisburg, Allentown, and Cumberland are transforming right before our eyes.”
2️⃣
This isn’t new. As I wrote back in 2009 — Indian consultancies had already taken over Pennsylvania’s IT sector.

@ImeldaM89173797 confirmed, “Yep, I know Indians who live in those places.”

Post-Covid, it’s bananas. Sometimes senior leadership isn’t aware — or sometimes they’re part of it.”

He’s right. Whistleblowers allege that some Indian CIOs/CTOs encourage outsourcing, then use spouse or relative-owned LLCs to legitimize kickbacks.

The Telugu network model became the template for Indian dominance across IT:

✅ Proxy interview mafia – Telugu
✅ Employers – Telugu
It’s a monopoly built on connection, not merit.

AstraZeneca’s India Move: Growth for Bengaluru, Trouble for U.S. Jobs?
Shared by a follower of Kumar Exclusive:
“AstraZeneca is expanding its Bengaluru Global Hub with an investment of approx. $20 million USD (₹166 crore), creating 400 new jobs in India. That’s 400 more jobs potentially moving away from opportunities for American workers.”
My Question:
As an Indian, should I feel proud of job creation and foreign investment in India — or feel concerned as an American patriot about jobs shifting overseas, especially in high-skilled pharma and tech sectors?
My Take:
This is the core dilemma of globalization.
✅ From an Indian perspective, it’s great news for local employment, the economy, and technological growth.
❌ From an American viewpoint, it’s worrying if multinational companies increasingly move knowledge work and high-value roles abroad, potentially reducing jobs for U.S. citizens.
Pharma giants like AstraZeneca are not just manufacturing drugs — they also run data analytics, clinical trials management, IT, and global business operations from hubs like Bengaluru. While this drives cost savings, it raises questions about long-term impacts on American high-skill employment.
Important Context:
AstraZeneca has several major R&D, manufacturing, and commercial sites in the U.S., including Boston, MA, where the Gatehouse Park BioHub thrives with top scientists and research firms.
Globalization always brings this trade-off: growth vs. local job security.
Bottom Line:
It’s not purely good or bad — it’s a trade-off between global efficiency and national workforce protection. Honest discussion is needed to balance growth with fair job opportunities at home and abroad.

🔥 The Ultimate Desi Hack to Getting an IT Job in the USA 🔥
Want a high-paying IT job in the U.S. without lifting a finger? Follow these tried-and-tested Desi steps, and you’ll be raking in $$$ while sipping chai at home! ☕💰
Step 1️⃣: The Résumé Scam 🎭
📜 Upload a 7-8 page résumé packed with every tech buzzword ever invented.
☝️ Golden Rule: If you upload a one-page résumé, recruiters will assume you’re a white American and ghost you. 🚫
Step 2️⃣: Enter the Recruiter Spam Hell 📞💥
📱 Your phone will now explode with calls from offshore recruiters (operating from basements in Hyderabad, but claiming to be from “New Jersey”).
👋 Meet Mike Sharma, Chris Reddy, and Steve Patel!
- They will butcher your name
- Mispronounce their own fake names
- Ask for your résumé again (because who has time to read?)
Step 3️⃣: Modify Your Fake Résumé on Demand ✍️
- Never touched AWS? Now you have 12 years of experience.
- Just heard about Kubernetes yesterday? Congrats, you’re a Certified Kubernetes Guru!
- Don’t know Python? No worries, you’ve been coding in it since birth.
📌 PRO TIP: Recruiters will send you a “perfect résumé”—just copy-paste it and say it’s yours!
Step 4️⃣: Give Away Your Personal Data Like Candy 🍭
Recruiters will now ask for:
✅ Date of birth (so they can calculate your age in secret)
✅ Last 4 digits of SSN (because why not?)
✅ Visa copies (H-1B, F1 OPT, GC, or even your dog’s vaccination records)
👀 No personal info = No job!
Step 5️⃣: The Vendor Relay Race 🏃♂️
🔄 Your résumé now travels through 10 middlemen, each claiming to be your employer.
- By the time it reaches the client, nobody knows who you really work for.
- If they ask? “Uh… I work for XYZ Consulting… or maybe ABC Solutions?” 🤷♂️
Step 6️⃣: The PROXY MAGIC 🪄
👥 Can’t pass the interview? No problem! Just hire a proxy expert to:
✅ Take your technical phone screen
✅ Attend your Zoom video interview
✅ Even do your job for the first 6 months!
💰 Pay them a small monthly cut and live stress-free while they work!
Step 7️⃣: Welcome to Your High-Paying IT Job 🎉
👔 First day at work? Act busy. Mute your mic. Nod a lot.
💻 If someone asks you a technical question: “Oh, sorry, bad internet connection.”
🏠 Work from home? Nah, work FOR home!
Step 8️⃣: Master the Multi-Job Scam 💰💰💰
- Keep your résumé active.
- Land 3 to 6 remote jobs at the same time.
- Show up to random meetings, collect checks, and boom—you’re a millionaire!
Step 9️⃣: The Final Boss—Survive Background Checks 🕵️♂️
- If a company suspects you’re a fraud, don’t worry—they won’t fire you!
- Too scared of lawsuits. Too confused by your vendor chain. Just keep cashing paychecks!
Step 🔟: Still Don’t Believe It? TRY IT! 😆
If you think I’m joking, upload your résumé and watch the magic happen.
🔥 Welcome to America! Where IT jobs are just a résumé tweak and a proxy call away! 🔥

🚨 The Latest Shortcut Scam: Fake AI Experts Using EB1 for Green Cards 🚨
A shocking new fraud is spreading in the H-1B community—the “AI Expert” shortcut to a Green Card! Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Fake AI Credentials – H-1B candidates working basic analyst jobs suddenly become “AI experts.” Their AI expertise? Just browsing ChatGPT!
2️⃣ Paid Conferences & Fake Publications – They pay $10,000-$15,000 per year to join professional organizations that organize AI conferences.
🔹 Attend & speak at three AI conferences
🔹 Publish a dummy AI research paper (ghostwritten by someone in Ameerpet or elsewhere in India)
3️⃣ Boosting LinkedIn Presence – These organizations manipulate search results so that their names pop up as “AI Experts” on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google.
4️⃣ EB1 Green Card Filing – After 12 months, they file for an EB1 Green Card through a third-party employer (because their real employer won’t risk it).
🚨 The petition claims that the “AI future of the U.S. depends on this individual” – 🤣
5️⃣ Self-Petitioned EB1 Cases – Many don’t even need an employer! They use Desi immigration lawyers to file self-petitioned EB1 cases, falsely claiming to be individuals with “extraordinary ability.”
6️⃣ EB2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Fraud – A less common but still ongoing scam. Some candidates exploit EB2 NIW, another Green Card shortcut, by claiming their work is of national importance.
💡 Why is this happening?
People don’t want to wait in the Green Card backlog. Instead, there’s a race to undercut each other with fraudulent tactics. This is hot and happening right now.
📢 Time to Expose This! U.S. immigration agencies need to investigate these fraudulent “AI Experts” gaming the system. Honest applicants deserve fairness, not to be pushed aside by scams! 🔥
🚨 New H-1B & OPT Job Scam Exposed: KVM Devices Enabling Proxy Jobs & Fraud! 🚨
A follower shared shocking insights into how consultancies are using new tech to guarantee 100% job placements. Here’s how the fraud is evolving:
🔹 KVM Console Devices – These are being misused in Texas & Atlanta by some OPT students from India. They allow remote control of office laptops at the hardware level, bypassing VPN & monitoring!
🔹 Multiple Undetected Jobs – With KVMs, candidates can work multiple jobs without leaving remote access logs.
🔹 Technical Interview Fraud – These devices copy & share coding assessments from sites like LeetCode, helping unqualified candidates clear tough interviews.
💰 Pay Rates Are Crashing!
✅ Testing jobs: $15–$20/hr (even for Green Card holders & citizens!)
✅ Development jobs: $35–$50/hr (mostly C2C for OPT candidates)
📌 Why Is This Happening?
🔸 Companies prefer OPT candidates to avoid extra documentation.
🔸 Fraudsters keep finding new ways to game the system.
🔸 Honest job seekers are struggling while consultancies exploit loopholes!
⛔ Will USCIS & companies take action or let this fraud continue? 🤔 #H1B #OPT #TechJobs #Fraud

Follower: You are leading the revolution, bro! Excellent work!
Reply: Thanks! My goal is to expose unethical practices and bring awareness. Transparency benefits everyone—both Americans and honest Indians who follow the rules.
Follower: Bro, why are you anti-Indians? There must have been something that happened!
Reply: I’m not anti-Indian. I’m against fraud, visa abuse, and unethical practices that hurt both Americans and honest Indians. Exposing these issues doesn’t mean I hate India or Indians—it means I care about fairness.
Follower: I’ve experienced this all my life. Why do you have such animosity towards it though?
Reply: It’s not animosity; it’s accountability. Many people suffer because of these unethical practices—both Americans and rule-following Indians. My goal is to expose corruption, not to generalize or attack an entire community.
Follower: And, do Indians act like this in India in non-tech situations?
Reply: Yes, unethical practices exist in various industries in India too. But in the U.S., such actions impact immigration, jobs, and salaries on a much larger scale. That’s why it’s crucial to bring these issues to light.
Follower: Did they f*** you over or something?
Reply: It’s not about personal experiences. It’s about systemic fraud and unethical practices that hurt job markets and fairness. When people cheat the system, both Americans and honest immigrants suffer.
Follower: I’m trying to get to the root of your journalism. Have you always been contrarian?
Reply: I focus on facts and exposing issues that mainstream media often ignore. If holding people accountable makes me a contrarian, so be it. But my goal is awareness, not just opposition.
Follower: You repeatedly criticize India or Indians. I meant it in the general sense.
Reply: I criticize unethical practices, not an entire country or people. Many Indians themselves message me about these issues. If something is wrong, it should be called out, no matter who is responsible.
Follower: Do you think H-1Bs are destroying opportunities for Americans and suppressing salaries?
Reply: The abuse of the H-1B system absolutely contributes to job displacement and wage suppression. When fraud happens—fake resumes, proxy jobs, and visa abuse—it negatively impacts both American workers and legitimate H-1B holders.
Follower: How do you think a lot of these Indians view their American counterparts who are also engineers?
Reply: Many respect them, but some see them as obstacles to be bypassed. Some consultancies encourage fraud to push their own people into jobs, sidelining both skilled Americans and ethical Indian professionals. This creates resentment on both sides.
Truth always feels unreal at first.
You deny it.
You condemn it.
You attack it.
You mock it.
And then, when there’s no way left to ignore it—
You accept it as fact.
Spot On! Exposing the EB1A & NIW Green Card Scam”
A follower shared their experience:
💬 “Nice article, you nailed it! A couple of Telugu guys in my office are also scheming for EB1A Green Cards—paying for fake publications and interviews just to get featured on websites. Your observations are incredible! People who can’t even do their regular jobs properly are somehow qualifying for NIW (National Interest Waiver) GCs. Unreal!”
They’ve requested a deep-dive video on this massive loophole. Should I expose it next? 🔥👀 #GCScam #EB1AFraud #H1B
Dallaspuram: How H-1B Scammers Rigged the System & Crashed the Market
American style:
“Indians in Dallas, Texas, are blatantly gaming the system — working 3 to 6 jobs simultaneously while flooding the job market and driving wages into the ground. They even mocked Dallas by calling the city “Dallaspuram” — because in India, “puram” means town — as if they’ve completely taken over.
These H-1B and Green Card tech workers exploited the COVID-19 work-from-home (WFH) scam to snatch up 3 to 4 houses each, transforming them into overcrowded, third-world rental slums. They crammed multiple people into single rooms while raking in thousands per month — all while collecting multiple paychecks from U.S. companies. With companies forcing employees back to the office, they’re desperately offloading properties, wreaking havoc on the Dallas real estate market.
This isn’t some hidden scheme — it’s an open secret in Indian circles across Dallas. They rigged the system, milked it for every dollar, and now, as the walls close in, they’re scrambling to offload their ill-gotten gains before retreating back to the overcrowded slums they came from.”
Thanks to one of my American followers to re-write this.

Urgent Call to Cancel H1B Concurrent Filing and H4-EAD
<Kumar@kumarexclusive.com>; Sat, 22 Feb 2025 11:02:29 -0700- received from a follower:
Should we eliminate H-1B concurrent filings, revoke H-4 EAD authorizations, enforce mandatory document verification, conduct regular audits, and ensure that staff aren’t secretly working offshore outside the U.S.?
Hi,
I am writing to highlight the devastating impact that H1B concurrent filing and H4-EAD authorizations have had on American citizens and the job market. These policies, originally intended to support skilled immigration and family integration, have been grossly misused, leading to unfair competition, wage suppression, and job displacement for U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
Please note: I am using a temporary email address to maintain anonymity and avoid professional repercussions for raising these critical concerns.
1. Why H1B Concurrent Filing Must Be Canceled
The H1B concurrent filing process, which allows H1B visa holders to work on multiple projects with different employers, has become a tool for exploitation and malpractice. Here’s how it works:
- Manipulation by Consulting Firms: Small consulting firms collaborate with known companies or client managers, creating exclusive arrangements where positions are not publicly advertised. They use these ties to displace genuine candidates.
- Exploitation of H1B Employees: Employees are offered concurrent filing opportunities as side gigs, often for significantly lower pay (e.g., $30-$40/hour). This allows consulting firms to pocket the majority of the billing, while the client saves a small amount by hiring at below-market rates.
- Displacement of Citizens and Green Card Holders: U.S. citizens and visa-independent candidates, who cannot compete with these artificially low billing rates, are unfairly pushed out of the job market.
- Widespread Non-Compliance: Many firms fail to report concurrent projects in the Labor Condition Application (LCA), violating legal standards and undermining oversight.
Cancellation of H1B concurrent filing is essential to restore fairness and transparency to the job market.
2. Why H4-EAD Must Be Revoked
H4-EAD, which allows spouses of H1B visa holders to work without sponsorship, has also created a significant imbalance in the job market:
- Flooding of Middle-Class Jobs: H4-EAD holders dominate sectors like retail, education, and customer service, as they require no sponsorship. This has led to a dramatic decline in opportunities for middle-class Americans in these fields.
- Wage Suppression: Employers often prefer H4-EAD holders over citizens due to the lack of sponsorship costs, further driving down wages and creating an uneven playing field.
- Unnecessary Advantage: H4-EAD was introduced to alleviate economic pressures on families of H1B holders, but in reality, it has created an unfair advantage at the expense of U.S. workers.
Revoking H4-EAD will prevent further displacement of middle-class American workers and restore balance to the job market.
3. Broader Malpractices Amplifying These Issues
The misuse of H1B and H4-EAD visas is further exacerbated by systemic malpractices, including:
- Fake Profiles: Offshore agencies mass-submit fraudulent resumes using automation tools, reducing opportunities for genuine candidates.
- Payroll Fraud: Illegal payments, such as under-the-table cash transfers, offshore payments, and tax evasion schemes, are rampant.
- Document Forgery: Consulting firms submit fake Green Cards and other documents to clients, undermining the system’s integrity.
These practices create a toxic ecosystem where unethical firms thrive, and American workers are left at a disadvantage.
4. Immediate Recommendations
To address these challenges, I strongly urge the following actions:
- Cancel H1B Concurrent Filing: Eliminate the provision that allows H1B holders to work on multiple projects, which has become a breeding ground for exploitation.
- Revoke H4-EAD Authorization: End the H4-EAD program to prevent further job displacement of American citizens and lawful residents.
- Mandatory Document Verification: Require all employers and vendors to verify immigration and employment documents directly with USCIS/DHS databases.
- Audits and Accountability: Conduct regular audits of consulting firms and impose strict penalties for violations of immigration and labor laws.
- Offshore Monitoring: Implement tools to detect and block automated offshore submissions of fake profiles.
5. A Call to Action
The H1B and H4-EAD programs, in their current form, have become symbols of systemic abuse, harming American workers and eroding trust in the job market.
I urge your organization to take a strong stand by advocating for the cancellation of H1B concurrent filing and H4-EAD. This decisive action will protect the rights of American citizens, restore fairness to the job market, and curb the exploitation rampant in the current system.
Thank you for your dedication to addressing these critical issues and ensuring a level playing field for all.

Starbuck is reportedly replacing American workers with H-1Bs
The H-1B program was ruthlessly exploited through a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme, where the original job offer was deceptively altered at the last moment — just before the worker even arrived in New Jersey.
This is nothing short of fraud, preying on skilled professionals who come here in good faith, only to be manipulated and used. At Kumar Exclusive, we stand to defend our brilliant Indian H-1Bs who have been repeatedly exploited in New Jersey.
Who’s behind it? Is it the Italians? The H-1B mafia?

Indians openly regard Christians as ‘Dalits’ — an inferior, oppressed class.
No company in India would ever allow a Christian to hold a C-level executive position.
The systemic discrimination is undeniable, and yet, the hypocrisy is ignored on the global stage.
Question is, why doesn’t India let in white black latino Americans in to run their tech companies? So Sundar and aravind got no right to their positions in that case. India would scream colonialism if foreigners took over their companies
Thank you, @War4theWest, for clipping my YouTube video.
As an Indian, I’m offering Americans a perspective from within the Indian community — an insider’s vantage point, so to speak. I understand the language and the culture.
I’m not perfect, but I’m one of the few who isn’t afraid to speak up when any group is being wronged.
The EB-1A green card is typically meant for PhDs and top-tier researchers working in specialized fields.
However, an Indian named Ranjeet S. Mudholkar has set up a so-called “coaching” program under the Next League Program, claiming people can secure an EB-1A green card — even without a college degree.
If anyone dares to criticize him or his firm, he reportedly sends lawyers after them with cease-and-desist letters and pressures desperate, uninformed Indians into signing non-disclosure agreements to silence them.

In India, locals fiercely protect their job markets from outsiders—even those from neighboring states.
- Telangana: Reserves government jobs for locals, excluding Telugu speakers from Andhra.
- Mumbai: Migrant workers from Bihar often face hostility and even violence.
- Karnataka: Non-locals who don’t speak Kannada are targeted, and English/non-Kannada signage is forcibly removed.
- National Policy: India doesn’t even allow foreigners to apply for work visas, let alone take local jobs.
The Future of White Americans in Their Own Workforce: A Wake-Up Call
Solution:
🔹 Enforce Immigration & Hiring Laws – Strengthen H-1B regulations to prevent job displacement and fraudulent hiring (fake resumes, proxy interviews).
🔹 Reinvest in American Talent – Corporations like Google & Amazon should prioritize U.S. workers over foreign expansion. Upskilling programs can bridge the talent gap.
🔹 Support Small Businesses – Break monopolies in key industries (motels, retail) by providing incentives for local entrepreneurs.
🔹 Fight Economic Inequality – Implement policies to ensure fair wages and job security for American workers.
🔹 Reevaluate Globalization – Balance overseas operations with domestic job growth to prevent the U.S. workforce from being hollowed out.
🚨 What Americans Can Do:
✅ Speak up about outsourcing’s impact on jobs & wages.
✅ Push for stronger labor protections & fair hiring policies.
✅ Support local businesses over outsourcing-driven monopolies.
It’s time to fight for the American workforce before it becomes unrecognizable.
It seems that American Airlines is offshoring its entire IT organization to India, which would be a huge blow to the city : r/Layoffs

When Caste Trumps Competence: A Case of Nepotism & Bias in a U.S. Bank’s IT Hiring”
A confidential report has surfaced highlighting alarming hiring practices at PNC Bank, involving the vendor CGI. The core of the complaint is that one manager has allegedly filled multiple positions with members of his family and caste circle, including:
-
His niece reporting directly to him
-
His brother, for whom an H1B was filed and L1 now being pursued
-
A family friend, exerting managerial influence despite being a peer
-
His uncle, who arranged reciprocal hires
-
A niece-in-law, resigned recently after marriage
While referrals are not against company policy, PNC’s ethical code clearly states that referred employees should not report to their referrer or be interviewed by them. In this case, multiple violations occurred.
Even more concerning: most hires reportedly belong to the Brahmin caste — triggering alarms about hidden caste networks operating inside U.S. IT jobs, undermining diversity and fairness.
This case raises fundamental questions:
👉 Are Indian caste loyalties now dictating hiring in American corporations?
👉 Where is the accountability in vendor-based IT staffing?
👉 What happens to skilled professionals who are not “insiders”?
We urge PNC Bank and CGI to investigate this thoroughly and transparently.

Why Do Indian Vendors Demand So Many Personal Docs While American Firms Don’t?
🚨 Why Do Indian Vendors Collect So Many Personal Details?
Many job seekers—especially in tech—wonder why Indian (desi) staffing vendors demand an entire dossier of personal documents, including:
✅ Here’s why Indian vendors do it:
🔹 Filtering out Americans: Asking for India passport numbers or visa types helps them avoid hiring U.S. citizens. Why? Because their business often relies on placing cheaper H-1B or OPT workers to maximize profit margins.
🔹 Job Submissions to Clients: Indian vendors frequently submit resumes to multiple clients—even without having a real job lined up. To look “genuine,” they include ID proofs in submissions to appear credible to client companies.
🔹 Immigration Ties: Indian vendors operate heavily in immigration-based hiring (H-1B, transfers, extensions). They want complete data in advance to prepare documents or to swap employers if deals fall through.
🔹 Control and Leverage: Having your personal details gives vendors power. If workers leave or complain, vendors can threaten to misuse personal info or delay paperwork.
✅ Why American Vendors Usually Don’t Ask:
-
Compliance Risks: American staffing firms know it’s illegal to request unnecessary personal or immigration details before a formal job offer.
-
Anti-Discrimination Laws: U.S. law prohibits “national origin” discrimination in hiring. Asking for passports or visa status can expose them to legal trouble.
-
Professional Standards: Most reputable American vendors operate under strict data privacy laws and avoid collecting sensitive documents upfront.
Bottom line:
👉 If a vendor demands passport numbers, visa scans, or other sensitive docs before interviews— it’s a red flag.
👉 American firms rarely do this. Protect yourself. Share docs only with verified employers and only at the proper stage in the hiring process.
Have you experienced this? Drop your story below. Let’s expose shady practices together.
An Al Jazeera investigative journalist once told me back in 2014-15 in New Jersey that some Indian recruiters were selling H-1B approval copies to F-1 students for $15–$25 so they could forge documents for job placements.
Now in 2025, I’ve learned that desi consultancies have taken it further—they’re forging green card copies to place F-1 OPT and CPT students into jobs.
The fraud keeps evolving—and the risks keep growing.

Agarwals are a North Indian merchant caste (not a tribe), known for business and professional success. Unlike some Telugu groups involved in caste-based hiring, there’s no solid evidence that Agarwals are harming Americans in job opportunities.

Let’s clarify who the Agarwal caste group is and how they’re organized, especially in New Jersey (NJ), USA.
Agarwals (also spelled Aggarwal, Agrawal, Agrawala) are a merchant community originating primarily from North India (especially Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh).
Traditionally belong to the Vaishya varna (trading/business class) in Hindu society.
Historically involved in: Trade Business Banking Commerce
Many Agarwals are highly educated and prominent in: Industry Finance Entrepreneurship IT and professional fields
Languages: Hindi, Marwari, Haryanvi, Punjabi, depending on region.
Religion: Primarily Hindu, but significant Jain subgroups exist within Agarwals (the Agarwal Jain community).
✅ Agarwal Community in the USA
New Jersey has one of the largest Indian populations in the U.S.
Significant number of Agarwals live in NJ, often concentrated around: Edison Iselin Jersey City Parsippany Somerset
Many run: Small businesses (retail, jewelry, groceries, motels, restaurants) Professional services (accounting, IT consulting, legal firms) Participate in large Indian community events and business networks
✅ Agarwal Organizations in NJ

National-level body with local chapters in NJ.
Focuses on: Community gatherings Cultural events Social service Networking among Agarwal professionals and families

Organizes: Cultural festivals (e.g. Diwali Melas) Charity work Business networking
3. Local Mandirs and Jain centers

4. Business and Professional Associations
Many Agarwal professionals join broader Indian business networks: TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Local chambers of commerce Hotel/Motel associations (a significant number of hoteliers in NJ are from Agarwal backgrounds)
✅ Purpose of These Groups
Preserve cultural identity
Networking for business and jobs
Marriage alliances within the community
Charity and community service
✅ Dark Side / Controversies?
Generally, Agarwal community groups:
Are low-profile compared to some other regional/caste organizations.
No major scandals have surfaced involving NJ Agarwal groups in: Matching grant scams Political lobbying controversies Large-scale legal issues
Like many tightly knit Indian communities, they sometimes face **criticism for: Caste exclusivity Preferring intra-caste marriages Business favoritism within the community
But these criticisms remain largely social, not legal or criminal.
In NJ, Agarwal groups regularly hold:
Diwali, Holi celebrations
Business networking meets
Fundraisers for disaster relief (both U.S. and India)
Community service projects (blood drives, free medical camps)
The surname “Agarwal” is one of the most common among Indian Americans in professional and business circles in NJ.
Agarwals are frequently represented among: Doctors Engineers Hoteliers Entrepreneurs
Agarwal caste groups in NJ are well-established, business-oriented, and community-focused.
No credible evidence ties them to significant scams or illegal activities.
Like many Indian diaspora groups, they maintain strong cultural ties and often prefer intra-community networking.
✅ Are Agarwals Only in New Jersey?
🚫 No, Agarwals are definitely NOT limited to New Jersey.
They’re spread across the entire United States, though with varying concentrations.
let’s clarify the geographic spread of the Agarwal community in the USA.
✅ Are Agarwals Only in New Jersey?
🚫 No, Agarwals are definitely NOT limited to New Jersey.
They’re spread across the entire United States, though with varying concentrations.
✅ Where Else Are Agarwals Found in the USA?
Besides New Jersey, significant Agarwal communities exist in:
California Bay Area (San Jose, Fremont, Sunnyvale) Los Angeles suburbs Large numbers of professionals in tech, healthcare, and business
New York Especially in Queens, Long Island, Westchester Active in business, retail, jewelry trade, medicine
Texas Dallas–Fort Worth area Houston’s Indian business community
Illinois Chicago suburbs (Schaumburg, Naperville, etc.)
Florida Miami, Tampa, Orlando — mostly in hospitality and business
Georgia Atlanta has a growing Indian business community
Massachusetts Boston area has professionals in IT, academia, and healthcare
Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina Smaller pockets of Agarwal families, often involved in business or professional services
Hotel/Motel Industry: Agarwals are well-represented among hoteliers nationwide. They participate in national business groups like AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association), which has a large North Indian membership.
Akhil Bhartiya Agrawal Sammelan (ABAS) USA
→ Have national reach and organize conventions, conferences, and community events in multiple states, not just NJ.
✅ Why New Jersey Gets Highlighted
NJ is often singled out because: One of the largest Indian populations in the U.S. Dense concentration of Indian businesses Many cultural and community events held there
But Agarwals are present anywhere there’s a significant Indian community.
There’s no formal “Agarwal presence in all 50 states,” but they are certainly present in most states with significant Indian populations.
In smaller states or rural areas, the numbers might be negligible.
Agarwals are a nationwide community in the U.S., not restricted to NJ.
NJ is just one major hub, but not the only one.

🇮🇳🇺🇸 Texas Real Estate Reality Check 🇺🇸🇮🇳
“Greedy Indian buyers want 2X their purchase price while the market isn’t supporting the reality.” — a follower’s blunt take on today’s housing scene.
Here’s what’s really happening in the Texas housing market in 2025:
✅ Prices have cooled slightly since pandemic peaks—but remain significantly higher than 2019 levels.
✅ Inventory is growing, offering buyers more choices.
✅ Property taxes remain high, posing challenges for homeowners.
✅ DFW, Austin, and Houston continue attracting new residents from other states.
✅ Investors are still in the game, but higher mortgage rates have slowed some activity.
Bottom line: Texas remains popular, but affordability pressures are mounting. It’s a time for cautious buyers to stay vigilant.

These followers reveal how some hiring managers allegedly:
✅ Prefer candidates from specific regions/castes.
✅ Form “rings” within companies to control hiring.
✅ Deny jobs to Americans by filling roles with Telugu candidates.
✅ Exploit loopholes in the H-1B system.
About Amazon’s “Hire to Fire” Practice: In my video, I explained how:
Big Tech sometimes hires workers temporarily just to meet hiring targets or keep teams staffed—without any intention to keep them long-term.
Indian consultancies exploit this, placing people on fake projects or “bench,” leading to job insecurity and abuse.
This entire ecosystem hurts both genuine immigrants and American workers.
💥 Bottom line: It’s a complex mess involving caste, visas, and corporate greed.

Kumar Exclusive: Diversity, Bar Raisers, and the Hidden Realities of Amazon Hiring
Point1- The org charts you shared show that some Amazon teams indeed have a high concentration of Indian-origin employees. This may simply reflect hiring trends in tech, where many talented engineers and managers come from India.
However, concerns about caste networks, ethnic favoritism, or exclusion of others are valid and worth examining. While the charts alone don’t prove discrimination, they raise questions about how diverse and inclusive these teams truly are.
It’s crucial to distinguish legitimate professional hiring from patterns that could lead to bias. Companies like Amazon must ensure hiring remains fair and open to all.
I encourage anyone with concerns to look at publicly available data, read diversity reports, and consider reputable news sources covering caste and ethnicity issues in tech.
Thanks for bringing this discussion forward—it’s essential we keep it factual and respectful.
Point 2- It’s nearly impossible to hire someone based purely on ethnicity at Amazon because of their interview process.
During interviews, there’s always a bar raiser — an interviewer randomly assigned from a completely different team. No one knows in advance who this person will be.
Even if the hiring manager wants to hire a candidate, the bar raiser must also approve. Without their ‘yes,’ the hire won’t go through.
A bar raiser is an interviewer who has the authority to veto any candidate. Their job is to ensure consistent hiring standards across the company.
Point 3- It raises my eyebrows that most of the people listed in these Amazon teams appear to be of Indian origin. I’m curious why there seems to be a lack of diversity and whether qualified Americans are being considered, especially if all these roles are based in the USA.

Unfortunately, neither the U.S. media nor the Indian media is seriously reporting on crimes committed by some individuals in the H-1B ecosystem.
Not all — but a significant number — are involved.
Just yesterday, I posted about these issues on my YouTube channel and X. Immediately, someone from India accused me of being “anti-India” simply for exposing scams. Yet all this data is publicly available on the internet.
In our culture, sadly, honesty can sometimes feel like a crime. Speaking the truth often comes at a high cost — both from systems in India and from society itself. Trust can cost you your life.
I’ve touched a painful truth:
Indians poaching American jobs via fake résumés
Outsourcing companies using illegal middle layers
Dark networks involving managers (DMs), HR, consultancies, and caste-based groups
I’ve been fighting this battle mostly alone. I’m not sure how long I can keep going against this mafia-like backlash. Even in private gatherings, some “friends” who are part of these networks verbally abuse me for speaking out.
But I believe truth matters — even if it comes with a heavy price.

It’s disgraceful that Michaels would rather hand senior management roles to H-1Bs and related visa holders than to qualified American citizens. These are positions that should be reserved for Americans — especially when our own workforce is being sidelined.Worse, Fanglin’s English and communication skills weren’t even close to competitive with any seasoned American professional. It’s not just unfair — it’s insulting. He’s a Senior Manager at Michaels.”
This raises important questions:
Are American corporations sidelining citizens in favor of foreign visa holders? Is communication competency being overlooked in the hiring process? What’s the cost to American workers and workplace culture?
Let’s discuss — respectfully.

FACT CHECK: Cyient, Pratt & Whitney, and Telugu Workers 🇺🇸
Followers asked me to fact-check rumors about Cyient and Telugu workers in the US, especially in connection with Pratt & Whitney.
1️⃣ Cyient is real.
✅ An Indian multinational engineering services company. Has offices in Connecticut & Florida. Works with Pratt & Whitney for engineering services like CAD, design, etc.
2️⃣ Pratt & Whitney did NOT outsource their entire IT to Cyient.
🔴 False. They hire Cyient for engineering work, not for all IT. Pratt has its own IT teams and many other vendors.
3️⃣ Many Telugu engineers work at Cyient.
✅ True, because Cyient is from Hyderabad and recruits in India. But saying “only Telugus work there” is exaggerated. They also hire Americans and others.
4️⃣ Green Cards & luxury cars.
✅ Some workers get Green Cards faster via L-1A or EB-1C. Buying Teslas or houses doesn’t automatically mean fraud. High salaries in tech make it possible for some.
Cyient is legit and works with Pratt & Whitney.
No proof Pratt outsourced all IT.
No proof of fraud just because immigrants buy nice things.
DISCLAIMER: I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing. This is just publicly available information for awareness, because followers asked me to fact-check. Opinions are my own. Not legal advice.
IMPORTANT: If you suspect visa fraud, report it to USCIS or DOL with proper evidence. Don’t assume wrongdoing based on rumors alone.

🚨Caste Networks in America: A Threat Hiding in Plain Sight
🇮🇳🇺🇸 #H1B #ImmigrationReform #KumarExclusive #CasteDiscrimination #USJobs
Kumar Exclusive: Caste is fundamentally anti-American.
Americans have NO place in the Hindu caste system — and in some circles, they’re even viewed as outsiders or “untouchables.”
Yet, many Indians in the U.S. have built powerful caste-based networks influencing H-1B and F-1/OPT hiring. These networks thrive on:
✅ Illegal hiring layers ✅ Matching grants scams ✅ Caste loyalty over merit
It’s time to WAKE UP, America!
https://x.com/KumarXclusive/status/1943730989370380632
Now, how to dismantle that caste network? I understand the predicament, but we are at a stage where silence is much more damaging than getting any labels while speaking up. Unfortunately, truth becomes distorted in trying to simplify things for understanding of others.
Fascinating. Outsiders judging insiders’ cultural norms.
@KumarXclusive (reply): Exactly — you’ve nailed it. It’s a tricky thing when outsiders judge the cultural norms of those inside. But silence enables exploitation.
@svsnmurthy2227 on @YouTube It may be far fetched ….. but you are another person in the history fighting against discrimination by birth guess the first person
Here’s what I believe needs to happen:
✅ Strict Enforcement Make caste a protected category in anti-discrimination laws, like California recently did.
✅ Audits & Oversight Demand audits of vendors, subcontractors, and hiring pipelines for caste bias or “layering” scams.
✅ Whistleblower Protection Protect that brave enough to expose caste-based hiring or fraud in the H-1B/OPT ecosystem.
✅ Transparency Push companies to publish diversity data—including caste—to expose monopolies in certain groups.
✅ Community Education Educate immigrants that caste has NO place in American workplaces or society.
From my years of investigations, I’ve learned hard truths:
1️⃣ Crime rarely ends — it adapts.
2️⃣ Justice often feels like an illusion.
3️⃣ A friend told me: “Crime always wins.” — @Plebeian42
When it comes to H-1B abuse and Desi consultancies, the U.S. should consider powerful legal tools — like the RICO Act, which was designed to dismantle organized crime syndicates.
We might even need targeted audits and investigative sweeps — like how ICE targets illegal immigration — to dismantle caste syndicates operating under the radar and displacing American workers.
Is that practical? Maybe not entirely.
But if nothing changes, this menace will keep growing.
India already suffers deeply from caste issues. Unfortunately, these problems have been exported to the U.S., leaving scars on America’s workforce and social fabric.
If I were an American, I wouldn’t sit idle. I’d fight back just like Indians do in India — because sometimes, it takes a diamond to cut a diamond.
Disclaimer: I am not anti-India or anti-Indian. My fight is against corruption, exploitation, and systemic injustice — not against ordinary, law-abiding people.
Let’s keep the discussion factual, respectful, and focused on solutions.

⚠️ Awareness Post: Online Predators & Legal Consequences in the USA
A follower recently shared this video with me:
37 Year Old Discord Predator CRIES when Caught
https://youtu.be/6oNBS_Ecf-Y?si=ZlvwdBuMQ_5p8L0C
The video alleges that a man (believed possibly to be of Telugu origin, though this is unconfirmed) was caught in Dallas, Texas, attempting to engage with minors online.
The individual is described as a child sexual predator targeting underage girls.
🚨 Important Reminder: In the USA, sexual communication or contact with minors is a serious criminal offense with severe legal consequences —including imprisonment, sex offender registration, and deportation for non-citizens.
I share this only to educate fellow Indians and immigrants. If you’re migrating to Western countries:
✅ Understand and respect local laws.
✅ Never engage in chats or relationships with minors—online or offline.
✅ Remember, authorities actively investigate such cases, including sting operations.
These are allegations shared publicly in the video.
Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Translation of the Follower’s Message
“The madness of the C (Chowdary/Kamma) community has reached its peak with this Anthem Master. Even TV9’s Rajinikanth Babu and Babu Gogineni once spoke out about this issue, but their behavior hasn’t really changed.”
(Note: “C” here likely refers to Chowdary/Kamma community, as often discussed in your content. “Anthem Master” refers to the person in the video.)
🎥 Video Summary: The video “Kamma Seemantham Song” is a comedic, satirical performance by “Anthem Master,” humorously praising Kamma caste pride, wealth, and success with exaggerated dance and lyrics.
While meant as entertainment, some say it fuels caste pride and divisions. Activists like Babu Gogineni and TV9’s Rajinikanth have criticized such caste glorification, though it still continues.

The Karamchedu massacre occurred in 1985 in Andhra Pradesh, India, when dominant-caste Kamma landlords violently attacked Dalit villagers over a minor dispute, killing six people and injuring many. 🚨 Are Americans Losing Jobs Because of H-1B? Facts You Need to Know 🇺🇸
Fact Check: Is H-1B Designed to Replace Americans?
Claim: “H-1B cannot be reformed because Congress designed it to replace Americans with cheap foreign workers.”
Original Purpose: The H-1B visa was established to help U.S. employers fill temporary shortages of highly skilled workers, particularly in fields like engineering, IT, science, and medicine. It was not explicitly designed to replace Americans.
Intent vs. Practice: Intent: To supplement the U.S. workforce when qualified American workers aren’t available.
Practice: Critics rightly point out H-1B has been abused by some employers and outsourcing firms to reduce costs, displace U.S. workers, or drive down wages.
Documented cases exist where American workers were forced to train H-1B replacements—e.g. Disney (2015), Southern California Edison (2015).
Cost Factor: H-1B workers often earn less than market rates in some industries. While the Department of Labor sets “prevailing wage” requirements, enforcement remains inconsistent.
Reform Attempts: Congress has repeatedly introduced bills to restrict outsourcing firms, increase wage requirements, and prioritize truly high-skilled workers. However, lobbying and political gridlock have blocked significant reforms.
USCIS & Government Revenue: Important Context: USCIS and the U.S. government rely heavily on revenue from H-1B filing fees, extensions, premium processing fees, green card applications, and more. These fees fund significant portions of USCIS operations, helping keep other immigration services running. Bottom Line: Until the government finds alternative revenue streams, a complete shutdown of the H-1B program remains unlikely—even amid calls for reform.
Verdict: The H-1B program wasn’t originally designed solely to replace Americans. However, in practice, loopholes have enabled misuse, resulting in job displacement and wage depression in certain sectors. Reform is possible—but politically and economically complex.
🔥 H-1B: Bridge for Talent or Backdoor to Replace Americans? 🇺🇸
Three Types of H-1B Realities in the U.S. Workforce
✅ Type One: U.S. client companies hiring Full-Time Employees (FTEs) — sometimes purely on merit, but in many cases also influenced by caste-based networks among hiring managers.
✅ Type Two: An American follower who worked in the immigration departments of Indian outsourcing companies told me: “Roughly 90% of H-1B petitions filed by these firms involve candidates who aren’t truly qualified, yet they still manage to get visas.” This reflects how some outsourcing firms flood the system with questionable filings.
✅ Type Three: A recruiter recently shared this insight: “H-1B has shifted from being employer-driven to employee-driven.” In this context, “employers” often means the countless H-1B desi consultancies (a.k.a. bodyshops) in the U.S., many owned by individuals who are now Green Card holders or U.S. citizens. These firms aggressively market H-1B sponsorship as a product to workers, not necessarily because client demand exists. That is why Applicants are paying upfront $10,000 cash to Consultancies in India for H-1B filings to avoid law of the land here.
Bottom Line: The H-1B landscape is no longer a simple matter of employers seeking foreign talent for genuine skill gaps. It’s a complex ecosystem where networks, profit motives, and sometimes questionable practices all collide.

India’s Only Death Row Inmate in the U.S. 🇮🇳🇺🇸
Who is Raghunandan Yandamuri — and why was he sentenced to death in America?
A heartbreaking case that shook both India & the U.S. in 2012. Here’s the full story
#KumarXclusive #DeathRow #IndianInUSA #F1Visa #TrueCrime
1️⃣Raghunandan Yandamuri, a 32-year-old techie from Andhra Pradesh, came to the U.S. on an H‑1B visa, worked in IT (ex-TCS), and lived in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
So did another Telugu couple — his neighbors.
What happened next would stun everyone.
2️⃣Yandamuri was in deep debt. He reportedly lost $50,000 gambling at casinos and had no way to repay it.
At a party, he overheard the baby’s grandmother casually talking about how much gold the family owned.
That’s when he planned the unthinkable.
3️⃣He decided to kidnap the baby — 10-month-old Saanvi Venna — and demand a ransom of $50,000.
On Oct 22, 2012, he entered the apartment with a printed ransom note… but things went horribly wrong.
4️⃣Inside the home, he was confronted by Satyavathi Venna, the baby’s 61-year-old grandmother.
During the struggle, she was killed — her throat slit. Yandamuri took the baby and the family’s gold, stuffed it into a suitcase, and fled.
5️⃣But the baby, Saanvi, tragically died of suffocation in that suitcase. He dumped her body in the basement and returned home.
The most chilling part? Yandamuri pretended to help the family, even joined a candlelight vigil for the missing baby.
6️⃣Police became suspicious due to inconsistencies in his statements. A handwritten ransom note was traced back to him.
Soon, he confessed — the full horror came out.
7️⃣In 2014, he was convicted of two first-degree murders and kidnapping, and sentenced to death.
He appealed multiple times — all denied. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld his death sentence in 2017.
8️⃣His execution was scheduled for Feb 2018, but a moratorium on the death penalty in Pennsylvania put it on hold. As of August 2025, he remains the only Indian citizen on U.S. death row, held at SCI Somerset Prison.
9️⃣This case sparked massive media coverage in India, especially Telugu news. It exposed how visa holders under financial, social, or gambling pressure can go down a dark path. One moment of greed destroyed two innocent lives.
🔟It also raised painful questions:
Why was the baby left at home without licensed childcare?
Why didn’t anyone notice the early signs?
Why did a highly educated man descend into such cruelty?
Some say the crime was preventable.
An Ex Employee of USA Consulate Chennai told in a TV Interview: “If the couple had hired a licensed babysitter instead of bringing in-laws from India, this tragedy may have been avoided. She opened the door thinking she was helping family.”
🔚 🕊️ May Saanvi and Satyavathi rest in peace.
Justice was served — but scars remain on both sides of the ocean.

🚨 From Missionary Schools to Mob Attacks — What Changed?
Christians in India face rising violence despite constitutional protections. It’s not about faith wars — it’s about laws, mobs & politics. Facts the mainstream won’t tell you 👇
This will grab attention and drive readers into your full breakdown.
🇮🇳✝️ Why are Christians under attack in India? Not faith vs faith — it’s mobs, law misuse & weak accountability. Anti-conversion laws in 12 states fuel harassment; rights exist on paper, but justice lags. Full facts & sources ⬇️
1) What’s happening now? Recent reports show assaults on priests/nuns and vandalism tied to “anti-conversion” vigilantism (e.g., Odisha incident this week). Church bodies say police response is often reluctant; protests are rising.
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/kochi/church-condemns-attack-on-priests-nuns-in-odisha/articleshow/123194959.cms?utm_source=chatgpt.com
2) Why the hostility? (common drivers) • “Forced conversion” allegations used by vigilante groups to justify intimidation. • State anti‑conversion laws create fear and flip the burden of proof onto the accused. • Local disputes (land/prayer halls), social media rumor-mills, and partisan rhetoric amplify conflict.
India’s State-Level Anti-Conversion Laws | @USCIRF
https://www.uscirf.gov/publications/indias-state-level-anti-conversion-laws?utm_source=chatgpt.com
3) What does the law say? The Constitution protects freedom of religion—to profess, practice, and propagate—subject to public order, morality, and health (Article 25). But states can regulate secular aspects and unlawful conversions.
Article 25 in Constitution of India

Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion
https://www.constitutionofindia.net/articles/article-25-freedom-of-conscience-and-free-profession-practice-and-propagation-of-religion/?utm_source=chatgpt.com
4) Anti‑conversion laws — where and how? At least 12 states now have “Freedom of Religion”/anti‑conversion laws (Odisha, MP, Arunachal, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, UP, Haryana, Karnataka, Rajasthan[bill passed/varied status]). Critics say these are vague, enable harassment, and conflict with international norms.
https://eclj.org/religious-freedom/un/anti-conversion-laws-and-persecution-of-christians-in-india?lng=en&utm_source=chatgpt.com
https://prsindia.org/theprsblog/anti-conversion-legislation-comparison-of-the-up-ordinances-with-other-state-laws?page=2&per-page=1&utm_source=chatgpt.com
In simple terms — India’s state-level anti-conversion laws exist in 12 states and generally:
Ban or restrict religious conversions if done through force, fraud, or inducement.
Require people to inform the government before converting or face penalties.
Shift the burden of proof so that the accused must prove the conversion was voluntary, not forced.
The USCIRF says these laws often violate international human rights standards because they limit personal freedom to choose religion and make it easier for authorities or mobs to harass minority communities.
5) Courts & enforcement Courts uphold the right to practice/propagate but not coercive or fraudulent conversion. Recent Allahabad HC ruling affirmed UP’s law against unlawful conversion; implementation varies by state and case.
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/allahabad/constitution-gives-right-to-follow-religion-but-doesnt-support-illegal-conversions-hc/articleshow/121253254.cms?utm_source=chatgpt.com
6) Are Christians safe? (mixed picture) • Pew: Most Indians report feeling free to practice religion (pre‑2020 survey). • HRW/USCIRF: Document increased harassment/violence against minorities in 2024–25; cite impunity and weak accountability. • Manipur (2023–25): communal violence displaced tens of thousands; ~400 churches damaged, deepening fear among Christians.

7) Why do claims of “missionary schools but hate” coexist? Historically, many Indians studied in Christian institutions. Today’s flashpoints are less about schooling and more about conversion narratives, identity politics, and state-level policing under anti‑conversion laws.
8) What should authorities do? • Enforce Articles 25–28 impartially; prosecute vigilante violence. • Publish transparent data on complaints, FIRs, and outcomes. • Clarify anti‑conversion procedures to prevent misuse; protect voluntary faith choices.
