KE YT comments Jay Strauss 3 days ago Flights back to India are always available to whoever loses his or her job. Bye bye. 22 replies KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 2 days ago (edited) No Indian should not think bad of going back to India as we all came from there. Life is temporary for Indians here. G K 2 days ago In my point of view, if we can try seriously we can get some opportunity here. But if we go back in this situation even parents dont accept and more over each and every one try to kill us mentally with their behavior and words. Recession will not be permanent. Everyone should be strong and hopeful thinking. If anybody has strong bondings and protection they can happily return to mother india. sankarsri 4 hours ago Agree there is a stigma attached with parents and in laws when their children return after losing job. But going back is way better than becoming undocumented. Jay Strauss 4 hours ago @sankarsri That is there internal family problem. They can resolve it with their friends family and relatives. sankarsri 3 hours ago @Jay Strauss agreed, if you see who helps them stay here are? American lawyers, american lawmakers and american corporations Jay Strauss 3 hours ago @sankarsri only till they have employment. Once they lose their jobs and if they can’t find another job in 60 days they need to go back home. sankarsri 3 hours ago @Jay Strauss don’t disagree, that is the law..but all loop holes are given by the above 3 to the job seekers. If you see youtube lawyers they teach you how to stay here legally by marrying a us citizen if you are single..so we can’t blame one party to go back.. KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 2 hours ago all visa categories for USA || Kumar Exclusive https://youtu.be/zxJ1WPn5-HU you need to know it is NOT just H-1B visa workers, there are A to Z visas, ppl come in and try to stay back forever. Attorneys, Indian Incs, Americans help them to stay forever because without ppl, they are going to die. KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 2 hours ago please debate but do not argue. arguments lead to war. debate leads to solution. sankarsri 1 hour ago @KUMAR EXCLUSIVE Kumar , Agree , but saying someone to go back doesn’t sounds like a debate.. KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 1 hour ago Dear sankarsri , I know this person Jay Strauss. That person wrote emails and sent videos to me about USA etc. The issue here is, Indians born here as Americans also being ripped off by Indians coming from India. what do you do if you are in their shoes? I know USA is a land of immigrants in the past, present and future. no one can deny it. “get out of my country” is a big offensive statement though in India, we hate each other and kick each other by caste, region, language and religions. Read more sankarsri 1 hour ago @KUMAR EXCLUSIVE Very true, what i was trying to convey to him is very simple. If we lose job we have to go back period. But we are not doing it, before blaming a country they should first correct their government rules and blame it on others. First of all why they allow so many F1 students to come here, plain and simple Money $$$ for the universities. It pumps in billions of dollars to feed professors and staff. Once anyone spends so much money do you think anyone will go back ??.. Then why they allow 85k h1b every year when local americans are not getting jobs. So they should stop the abuse first. Read more KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 52 minutes ago (edited) @sankarsri correct. That’s problem with government. If it’s India ?? Indians would kill those foreign people on the streets. In USA Americans respect laws. That’s the difference. also, Indians only ripping Indians here by forming as illegal layers eating money, not paying salaries, hiring illegally and what not? caste groups, caste based hiring etc. what do you say for this? do not you agree that immigration brings crime? KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 37 minutes ago 1. you missed my points. 2 I did not bring Indian government, why do you write like that? 3 we or anyone quit India for “1 dollars 2 GC or PR 3 that country passport.” you are blaming USA and US govt like anyone. issue is with Indians and India only right? you have to address the root cause of it. till then you will either blame me or someoneelse. example I quote. KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 36 minutes ago Australia and Singapore and UK closed visas. because of misuse only. we are sitting on volcano, do not forget it. KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 13 minutes ago also, if you look at my blog and videos, even Trump or president of the USA also do not know what is going on the ground especially H-1B. Republicans told me, Trump watched my videos and trying to bring merit-based H-1B and merit based Green card systems like PR of other countries. I did not believe it, but it is true when he watched my 60 minutes on CBS. we cannot blame any govt just like that. even in India or USA, how do police know there is a theft or rape? unless someone reports it correct? as a good citizen, we have to report it, confront it. rest is upto the govt to take care. your argument is okay but that is not the solution, right? one time, I placed a video, stop H-1B in 2018. even stopping it is not the solution. Read more KUMAR EXCLUSIVE 10 minutes ago I am writing here, everything about my life, journey from India to America. “Kumar Exclusive, has been painstakingly talking about the H1-B violations, and how ‘desi’ consulting companies have been abusing the American immigration laws for decades. I hope enough people are watching this channel and waking up to the fact that most Indians’ lives in America are far from rosy, and how desperation and greed can lead them into a rabbit hole (the murky world of Indian Incs, Vendors, Prime Vendors, and their various ‘layers’), which offers no respite or hope. It’s all the more heartening to know that an Indian is talking about ethics, morality, and doing the right thing, because — and there’s no other way to put it — Indians aren’t the most moral lot. People can of course point towards the social and economic realities as the reasons for our dishonesty, but here’s the thing: What’s wrong is wrong. Which is why it’s so heartening to see an Indian not mince words and talk about this underground industry, which has taken an economic and mental toll on tens of thousands of Indians, particularly young graduates, who can do better in life than fake resumes, stage interviews, dupe employers. “ KE YouTube channel, in particular, was a great source of help for many investigative journalists to investigate further or write books on H1-B topics. This is how KE is helpful to many Indians victims in the USA/India and several Dream America aspirants across the globe. -KE.
