I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported my work and contributed to my legal defense.
Over the past several weeks, I have continued meeting with my attorneys regarding multiple legal matters arising from my investigative reporting and public-interest journalism. These include legal notices, takedown demands, copyright complaints, and other legal challenges related to content published on Kumar Exclusive. Some of these documents are publicly available on my Legal Notices page.
In a recent development, I was also notified by X (formerly Twitter) that it had received legal process from law enforcement in India requesting information related to my X account as part of an investigation. The notice references a request made under India’s Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and Information Technology Rules.
As advised by counsel, I cannot discuss the merits of any ongoing legal matters or identify parties involved while these issues are pending. My focus remains on cooperating through proper legal channels while protecting my rights and continuing responsible investigative journalism.
