The Kumar Exclusive Documentary Archive (2013–2026)

An 18-Year Journey in America (2008–2026)

Welcome to The Kumar Exclusive Documentary Archive, a long-term collection of more than 5,000 videos, articles, interviews, public records, and personal experiences documenting my life in the United States and my work as an independent public-interest journalist.

Although this archive begins with videos published in 2013, it reflects my 18-year journey in America, which began in 2008. During these years, I have documented H-1B employment, employment-based immigration, outsourcing, American work culture, labor rights, public policy, investigative journalism, and the experiences of immigrants building their lives in the United States.

What started as a personal YouTube channel gradually evolved into a public archive covering immigration, employment, ethics, public policy, and the everyday realities of life in America. Over the years, thousands of readers, subscribers, students, professionals, and followers have shared their stories with me. Many of those conversations have contributed to the research and public-awareness work presented throughout this archive.

Today, rather than presenting thousands of individual videos, I am organizing this work into documentary-style series that are easier to explore by topic. The goal is to preserve this archive as a long-term educational resource for students, researchers, journalists, policymakers, and anyone interested in immigration, outsourcing, and the experiences of Indians living and working in the United States.

About This Archive

Every documentary in this archive is produced for educational, historical, commentary, and public-awareness purposes.

The information presented is based on a combination of personal experiences, publicly available records, government documents, court filings, books, academic research, news reports, and information voluntarily shared by readers and followers. When discussing allegations or individual accounts, they are identified as such unless independently verified.

This project is intended to preserve and organize more than a decade of published work into a searchable documentary archive. It reflects my broader 18-year journey in the United States (2008–2026) and nearly 13 years of public documentation (2013–2026) through videos, articles, interviews, and research.
