Part 3 – Training & Resume Building

Most of the consultancies, give PDF copies downloaded from internet to the F1-OPT and H-1Bs in the guest houses(two bed room apartment or basement of the houses of H-1B Brokers houses) and they charge 6 months salaries from them

Some Consultancies train on the laptops of the USA clients that their H-1Bs are already placed in Medical and Health Clients and those exclusive softwares. They call it “LIVE” or “REAL TIME” and they steal documents from those clients and share with them (BENCH people). BENCH is a term illegal as per DOL. BENCH=  H-1Bs in the guest houses(two bed room apartment or basement of the houses of H-1B Brokers houses)

A sample of FAKE RESUME Indians FAKE RESUMES

Consultancies recruiters help Candidates at the Guest houses or online to do fake resume

A follower told, 6 months jail term for felony of Fake resume and also he said, Sir, Indians earn more money in jails in American than Guest Houses of H-1B Consultancies.

Once fake is ready, recruiters submit it to the USA Clients via marketing on LinkedIn and job sites and emails

If interview is scheduled, they will arrange the proxy (another person either from India or the USA will attend the candidate A’s telephone or video technical interview, they charge $2000 cash for this)

They also have big network of mafia in the USA and India with proxy members for each technology in the Information TECHNOLOGIES.

A sample of such proxy interviews get caught by hiring managers shared with Kumar Exclusive are uploaded here for Americans purpose to understand it.

Kumar Exclusive asked them in written, why did you hire americans in first place? They did not reply.

If get caught with fake resumes or proxy interviews, Indian hiring managers, ask a woman to do “standout night” in California. A follower gave a video interview and told the truth but later asked me to delete that video. She H-1B or F1-OPT approached her Desi H-1B Employer(Consultancy) about it. He said, if you want dollars, go and sleep with that Indian outsourcing hiring manager for one night. For men, they simply fire or take more commission from the agents etc. This cycle repeats and no punishment for white-collar crimes in the USA is the bottom-line confidence for fake resume and proxy mafia people.

This is what I found this during 2008-2015, I made these videos: The Truth About Resume Marketing in America | F-1 & H-1B Guide | Kumar Exclusive

These videos will be useful for those coming here on F1/H1B visas and local guys too. Just avoid Indians while searching for a job here and prefer American bosses, American clients’ jobs, American corporations and American prime vendors. Otherwise, our guys are so filthy here, they drink our blood and do mental torture here. You cannot complain to anyone. If American boos, macro management and interview is also simple. If American employer, you do not need to pay employer payable like our Indian employers. If American Prime vendors or American employers, they are transparent and honest unlike our guys corrupted. If you avoid Indians in job search your life will be happy here and get $85 an hour otherwise life sucks here by forward 12 different resumes or skill sets fake resumes daily to desi vendors until die here, forget about green cards for time being. Good Luck. Avoid PV(prime vendor) as Indian outsourcing company did not pay my salary, or any Indian Companies as they do not give salaries on time or never give and never give h1b extension letters. Their interviews are filthy and time waste.

This playlist is intended for international students (F-1), H-1B professionals, and anyone seeking employment in the United States.

The advice shared in these videos is based on my personal experiences and observations over many years in the U.S. job market. Whenever possible, consider applying directly to American employers, established corporations, reputable staffing firms, or prime vendors with transparent hiring practices. Direct communication often results in a simpler interview process, clearer expectations, and fewer intermediaries.

My experiences with some outsourcing firms and consulting companies have included delayed salary payments, extensive resume marketing, repeated interview cycles, and difficulties obtaining employment-related documentation. These experiences do not apply to every company, but they are worth understanding before accepting an offer.

As with any job search, research each employer carefully, verify payment practices, speak with current or former employees when possible, and keep written records of important communications. Choosing the right employer can have a significant impact on your career, financial stability, and overall quality of life.

I hope these videos help you make informed career decisions and avoid some of the challenges that many professionals encounter while navigating the U.S. job market.
