After introducing herself as a frustrated Indian student living in the US, this Telugu girl tore apart the dream of big American dream of Indians with her sarcastic jibes at how students lead life in the US.
‘Most students who come to the US have no idea of why they come here. The American attraction somehow brings them here and once you are in, you have to forget about self-respect and do works like housekeeping etc. which you would be ashamed to even consider as a work option in India,’ she said.

The question is, how are they getting jobs in the USA?

They are sending huge money to India and also not paying money to Proxy supporters in India is what IT folks working in India sent complaints to KE. This Youth is misguided by Indians who are arrived in the past to USA with fake BTECH degree or during mainframe time and settled here with Green cards and USC using them (OPT CPT, DAY1CPT from South India) as easy investment to get them easy money. America failed to curb this crime and USA is helpless and hopeless.

No to bodyshops and in fact, you will be happy to return than to enter Indian guest houses in the USA because you will be trapped into illegal activities.
Kumar wish you good luck for your F1 trails and studies in USA. Kumar spoke to several Hindi speaking F1 students and they never ever approached the BODYSHOPS or Indian recruiters. In fact, one guy worked 2 years in Java and after his MS in US, he called me to find out how much he should get in USA per hr. he got $65 an hr job in Java without layers and with only one American Prime Vendors job.
This is KE never come across South Indian F1 students like directly going to American PV or USA clients FTE jobs in genuine route. Ofcoruse thousands of F1 students get USA client FTE due to caste based bodyshops and corruption. It is because of South Indian groups formed groups here.

Here is the twist: knowing all this some of the US clients may not release the entire job requirements to the vendors/layers.
Once H1B consultants reach job interviews for in person the client shows entirely a different job requirement. of, course they may not change from Windows Admin to .Net, but requirement totally contrast to the requirement that you received it in email from a vendor/broker.
If H1B consultant ask for the reason, the client explains the same.
on top of it, the low billing with too many layers is near waste to attend/travel to in person interviews unless any Ms Student/H1Bs are fresher to attend or get first hand experience on in person interviews is ok. Otherwise for experienced h1B consultants, such interviews may not be useful unless the H1Bs skill set is wide open and able to understand the job requirement.
50% of job requirement is matches to your skill set or resume then any guy can attend interviews and if selected can perform in projects and rest of the 50% he/she can learn in either first few days to 2 weeks. No big deal here and majority learn on job rather than learn everything and apply for jobs.

every year 200,000 F1 International students are coming to USA. how are they getting jobs easily? Desi staffing agencies marketing them as green card holders or USC by forge GC/USC papers. One of such or many of such OPT students have come forward to report their crime after watching KE videos. They blackmailing them and sent emails to DSO of the UNIV by false allegations towards the international students. They are not paying salaries and recovering money as taxes on bench etc and asking F1s to return the salaries for leaving them. KE advise is, do not build career on crime.
Yes sir I saw. But the people caught are not even 1%, probably less than .1 as there are 200k f1 and much more OPTs. What about those working in construction and along with undocumented Mexicans. They are not caught.
2. The f1 and opt rules are crazy according to me. Because in U.K Australia, Eu Canada, students can work off campus and on campus with 20 hours restriction on study visa
After graduating the 2-3 year stay back here is indefinite (you can legally work in your field, in another field, work in restaurant, retail and also survival jobs) in the stay back. opt laws are so crazy difficult that is making students violate. Why can’t they make it like UK Canada at least on the opt part? Anyway even with very tough opt rules I see many violating it.
The crazy rules on F1 and opt combined is a disaster for students putting their money for education. They can be much more secure in other countries and I see the drawback is less full-time professional jobs than USA with 20-30% less pay but no crazy rules and fear of going back.
Even if they want to come back, they have full work rights on the stay back so that they can do all kinds of professional + odd jobs to repay loans and come back India debt free

This is also cannot be ruled out as 100% chances to do so by them. So ultimately it is the UNIV in USA either genuine or fake want funding from the parents of international students in India and China. And there is no return gift for them except exploitations by corporations, IT staffing agencies either American or desis or Indians and bodyshops at large.
USA has A to Z several visas and getting F1 visa is most easiest way.
You are very luckiest person if you do not get F1 visa to USA in 2020. Otherwise you will see HELL on this planet on F1 visa.
One OPT story is even tragedy, He drives from California and Michigan to meet his DEIS Indian employer at his house to beg salaries.
This has become a rule but not an exception for these Indian bodyshops. What a pathetic life for OPTs? Of course they are money minting stories of OPTs without fake and fraud and some with faking resumes and getting $75 an hr in IT field in New Jersey and New York areas.
