He has inability to pay salaries to H-1B employees and never allow them to go to the client FTE nor prime vendors but blame employees to move projects for $25 from MI or CT to CA. Spate  trying to removed by 3/31/2020. Requested him to not to fire as I have yet to get H1B transfer to new employer. Spate bench salaries due from June to August 2018 and $2000 air ticket, asked me to start immediately from India to join in job at onsite client location 2018 June. $16,000 dues from Spate and delayed salaries.

Dues: $16,000+ penalties for late paying salaries and torture of fire several times.

Ramesh Peddeti | LinkedIn Ramesh B Peddeti bought a land in Novi MI and asked me to go to civil court and hold placards against Americans by saying that the trees cut in that area will be planted elsewhere and constructing the mall in that land will provide employment. This is when he did not pay salaries to me and other H-1B employees and threaten them for asking salaries.

Trump administration has given PPP funds not to fire employees during Covid19 but still he fired his H-1B employees after receiving PPP funds.

In between he tried to become a vendor when I asked his help to submit a resume as my ms word software broke that time in 2017.

he dropped because they were asking original name of the h1b owner of Kumar.

His attorney scolded him, but they changed attorneys to fight back with me.

Secondly, he told me that he complained to MD CLIENT to fire me.

I know he will do so, so I already have a client about his company.

Can you imagine people act as BEST friends in the USA turn violent for dollars?

Raj changed attorneys to fight back.

I am writing about my story for not getting paid salaries and humiliation, torture, mental torture and warnings by three layers and h1b petitioners while am at client site over the phone and in person by the following people; (1) Amit Arora, Snap Inc, prime vendor to the Prince George’s County Govt. and two of his friends as illegal middle layers; (2) Narayanan T. Thattai (T.T.) E-mail: Narayanantt@ilink-systems.com Phone: (571) 309-3581 for asking h1b extension letters for my h1b filing as per USCIS rules and salary in client emails. Another friend of his layer; (3) Preethi Rao Ordusion Technologies, Inc 3057 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Suite #210 Duluth, GA 0097 Ph 678-387-2930 preethi.r@ordusion.com warned me, she and all the layers will sue me if I leave this project in the middle for her and Narayanan T. Thattai (T.T.)  harassment in giving h1b extension letters during the month of march- April 2018 over the phone conversations. 

(4) Another employer(SoftlabsNA Incorporation,) who flee by collecting $2000 for two weeks time sheets on March 7th not even client approved two weeks timesheets by then. Also demanded $10,000 for h1b fees and $5000 for $5 an hour for 6 months to exit from the chain of layers to allow new employer (DATABOSS INTERNATIONAL Corp.) to step in. It is because their attorney warned them and failed to do h1b for me. Failed to share two LCAs and destroyed LCAs and did not share with me. Here is the Layer-4 details;

When I send salary emails to this company, techmatrixinc.com   Mr. Raj Vendra attorney to databosscorp and CEO of techmatrixinc shouted at me in emails. ASAP, Mr. Ramesh Vendra (unofficial owner of databosscorp) called me at 11.48am on May 19 2018 and shouted at me for sending email to techmatrixinc. He warned me not to send emails to him or HR or anyone. Just call on the phone, no emails, no sms/text messages. He told, “change project to avoid layers”. He told, we pay as and when vendor pays, do not ask salaries. He regrets for not collecting $10,000 for h1b fees(illegal) before filing it. He already demanding the h1b fees from the day-1 of the step in.

Amit Arora Snap Inc, meeting with Kumar at 2pm to 2.15pm in the lobby of 9201 basil Court, Largo, MD.  20774. He is not aware there is another layer after Ilink systems. They have one more account with ilinksystems so they do not hold the money. Amit told, Ordusion Technologies, Inc is NOT raising the invoice properly to Ilinksystems. I told Ordusion Technologies, Inc Preethi Rao keep blaming my employer and me for not raining invoice on time and not submitted time sheets on time. I have checked with the employer DATABOSS INTERNATIONAL Corp and they raised the invoice on time and I sent print screen to Preethi from their website that I submitted. Amit advised me to complain to DOL about DATABOSS INTERNATIONAL Corp. I told him, they will fire me and I lose H1B status to stay in the USA. He also advising, pay $10,000 h1b fees, ask them to deduct from the $19,100 and pay the rest of $9000.

Only thing, you need to take some initiative to HELP me out.

SoftlabsNA (the employer) before Databoss told; unless the third vendor at $75 to $85 an hour, no Indian inc(employer) can meet LCA wages to pay for Sr. Security Engineer role in Maryland.

DC and MD areas, pick up more LCA wages.

Hence SoftlabsNA did not share LCA and failed to fail H1B and quit to save their company instead of violate LCA wages. I know the new employer(DATABOSS) also will face the same problem. But they wanted to pay as per LCA $98,000 and do a illegal recovery later. This is another painful act on h1b worker.

Because we pay taxes for total salary but employer takes some part as cash- illegal.

$60 an h1b petitioner from 3rd vendors is not sufficient to meet LCA wages.

I do not understand from day1- why you, Snap, Ilinksystems and Ordusion failed to notice this?

To meet LCA wages by Indian Inc or not to violate DOL rules, you must remove these two middle layers and have a direct contract with my new employer(Databoss).

This is what SoftlabsNA recommended before they forced me to quit the project by telling lies to three vendors – medical emergency to save their company.

Now the new employer(Databoss) also forcing me to change project to avoid the same problem.

Probably this is one of the reasons, employer may not be paying and blaming vendors.

 o get my salary, you need to call three people;

3.Ramesh Vendra of Databoss and tell them to pay ASAP.

I do not want to leave the project as I love to work for this client and Snap Inc. 

Please take immediate action to get my salaries as am running out of money.

I have left with no money and no choice except to stay/sleep in my SUV during nights.

My credit cards also crossed $50K and keep bouncing new cards. 

As you advised, if I complain to DOL about employer for not paying salaries, it will effect layers also including my H1B and need to leave USA in 60 days notice time/period. I have come to USA for settle down but not complain against anyone.

This job(Sr. Security Engineer) demands $75 to $85 to h1b petitioner (employer) to meet their LCA wages hence they pay LCA but do a recover(illegal) later.

That is a big setback to me. For this mess, they blame vendors hope you understand it. 

Out of 390 hours $19,110 they paid $1800. They will do a recovery to pay only $15,155 for 390 hours.

Also employer demands h1b fees from me if I need to 80% of $60.

This is what I was trying to explain.

Like you rightly advice, I will look into Snap Inc site and update you.

I am putting my heart, mind and soul into project in spite of my health, family health issues and medical issues.

It is 3.48PM, TT did not send any letter to my employer.

They are waiting to file my H1b tomorrow and waiting for vendor letters.

Keeping this view, I have asked if you can transfer my h1b to your company.

If not, kindly take out layers as vendors denying letters kill my immigration status in USA.

Layers between prime vendor and h1b petitioner will be another bottle-neck(LCA wages) in 2018 and on top of it, not giving letters will be another issue.

Please do needful immediately.

When I called, he advised, it is HR job, let them call.

My HR called but no response.

They emailed him couple of times “requesting letter” and he advised me not to email several times.

Employer says, running out of time, requesting him to give urgently. 

It has been a week days. 

I am worried about my h1b and paycheck because am paying rent on credit card in MD and NY and have a family.

It has been a week days, am following up with TT Sir.

If I do not get letter from him as requested by my employer, they cannot file H1B.

If My h1b denied or rejected due to vendor letter issues, I will NOT be paid salary for the hours worked here.

I am living with family in USA and cannot get paycheck until I get my h1b receipt number. It is very difficult for me. 

I have no clue if he does not give letter as requested by my employer as per USCIS standards/requirement.

Please advise vendor to issue one immediately.

This is very urgent as per my employer.

Databoss International New Jersey – frauds – fake W2, IRS NJ sent notices, June 2018 salaries not paid by the vendor Ordusion. Client has a conference call with the vendor in 2018 and vendor refused to pay directly to Kumar

. Other months also did not pay salaries properly and Mr. Vijay Vendra harassed me a lot and gave a complaint to USCIS and copy to US on this. Mexico H1b visa stamping expenses are also not paid by Databoss.

Dues: June salaries 2018 + Mexico trip cost, Demanded me to pay $10,000 for H1B fees

Kumar- 3i Infotech Inc: Overview | LinkedInSYSMIND(Illegal, unethical and unlawful layer) – TCS- GE CLIENT at CT.
First I submitted resume for $55 an hour Corp to corp to my Employer for a PM-technical position.
Then SYSMIND(layer company) submitted to TCS. (there is no proof that these guys submitted because no email proof)
TCS guy never sent any emails but some one from TCS(no email ids to believe that he is from TCS) took SKYPE Second round.
Then after some days SYSMIND come back and asked me to give a joining DATE.
They sent P.O(Purchase order) and MSA(agreement) to my Employer(3i Infotech Inc: Overview | LinkedIn).
My Employer did not sign MSA, I drove to my employer’s office for week days continuously and asked what is the wrong?
Why do not you sing and send?
Later they sent but took long time and meanwhile SYSMIND keep sending other job requirements.
Finally my employer sent but SYSMIND never come back but they took all my SSN, DL, all educational and work experiences references scanned copies.
I asked SYSMIND proof of TCS and GE but they never come back.
I strongly believe SYSMIND used all my data to project some where.

According to my Prasad Bendre | LinkedIn VP of 3i Infotech Inc: Overview | LinkedIn, my Manager PALANI did mistake by submit resume to SYSMIND.
In fact I made a submission as 3i Infotech Inc: Overview | LinkedIn is not doing marketing for me.
Whole America is like this full of layers.
I even do not know who takes the shares or cuts because the billing would be $150 to $200 at GE and layers hold $45 to $65 an hour.

AS per USCIS, and 2009 the President of USA announcement in 2009, and as per my employer(I sent WIPRO HOSPIRA email earlier) 2010, all unethical, illegal and unlawful layers must shutdown their business.
But as per my knowledge every Indian posses a Green Card and US citizens by naturalization are acting as a layer.
Some H1Bs’ start layer company on their sister/brother-in-law’s GC name and running the show.

Mr. Sooraj Sunder, full time employee of Data Inc, also worked as hiring manager for Bank of America. Now resigned job in BANK and full time with Data Inc. Ms. Gita Vernker Full time employee with Data Inc. Conrad Leao Vice President of Data Inc. harassed me and threaten me and fired me.

 

Mr. Sooraj Sunder, . Ms. Gita Vernker are very rude to H-1Bs. They speak very badly. She refuses to accept perdiem for me, though I travel 350 miles to family location.

She introduced to her attorney who looted $3000 on my credit card for green card and did not return it when I lost H-1B with this company.
