Please expose fake EB-1 green card profiles

Dear Kumar,

I follow your videos and wholeheartedly believe your cause to be genuine. It is a great service that you are doing to the community by exposing the malpractices that exist in the industry in the USA, especially perpetrated by folks who speak our mother tongue, Telugu, which is rather unfortunate.

Along these lines, would you be able to make an awareness video on EB-1 green card category abuse by Indian/Telugu nationals, working in both mom&pop consultancies with a India/Hyderabad branch, as well as Indian MNCs (Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, etc). Currently, because of the rampant abuse that exists in this category, folks like I, who has a Bachelors from IIT in India followed by a Ph.D. from Top 5 Engg. Universities in USA, are stuck in a never ending backlog. I have been waiting for close to 2 years with no end in sight, despite having a stellar research profile and working in a top-notch research organization in the country. At the time of my filing, neither me nor my lawyers had an iota of information about the extent of abuse that happens in this category.

EB-1 green cards are supposed to be reserved for researchers, professors, aliens of extraordinary ability and
“real” multinational executives. By creating fake reporting structures and employee profiles, I am told that ordinary QAs & testers are portrayed as multinational executives in the above mentioned companies, which is outright unlawful. Delving deep, the so called EB-1C multinational managers do not even have an educational requirement, nor do they have a PERM requirement for their I140 approval – all the more reasons why their sponsoring companies seem to be favoring their applications in this category. Lack of PERM allows such companies to bring in mediocre folks on L1A and pay them below market wage with the lure of an EB-1 green card. Hence, this abuse seems to be favoring both the employer and the employee.

I am sure you have more information in this regard, and will be able to explain the scam in the video far better than I tried to do here. As always, I look forward to your exposes and insights.

Thanks & have a good day,

8 U.S. Code ยง 1182 – Inadmissible aliens

There is no backlog. Americans are still unemployed. It is illegal under Title 8 for ANY worker, skilled or unskilled to even enter the US for work if doing so harms an American worker.

KE received several messages from the subscribers by saying this: whoever IT folks working through bodyshops and outsourcing companies received GC in EB1 is a BIG scam. They mentioned companies names as BITCH.
